Creating your Morning Routine

I wanted to talk about this topic because it’s become a trend recently, but something we should keep in mind is that morning routines have always existed and they say a lot about the people who practice them. They say that you are organized, have priorities, and are doing what’s needed to kickstart your day. In my opinion, the best morning routine will be the one that works for you and that you end up repeating, hence making it a routine.

Not all mornings are the same so don’t think your morning routine has to be the same every single day, but whatever it is, it needs to work for you.

Maybe your weekday AM routine is different than your weekend AM routine. That’s totally ok!


What you do in the morning can set the tone for the rest of you day, therefore what you do really matters.

Now, what that looks like for you is probably very different than what it looks like for me.
