Love Wellness @ Target
Hi friends!
A few months ago I had the opportunity to partner with the brand Love Wellness, a science based, body positive self-care approach to women’s supplements that creates products with women in mind. For the partnership, I tried two of their products: Sparkle Fiber and Good to Glow, and let me just say that I’ve now purchased my third bottle and I can tell you that I will be purchasing many more.
Just to be clear, this blog post is NOT sponsored and I am not getting paid for this, or mentioned, or anything of the sort. With that said, I do love sharing with you products I am using because if it’s working for me, I have a feeling it can work for you too.
Let’s start with Sparkle Fiber, What is it?
According to their website:
Supports healthy weight management by keeping you feeling full for longer*
Removes toxins from the body for glowing skin*
Improves energy so you can take on your day*
How I use it and results I’ve noticed:
It’s recommended to start with two a day and then increase to three a day. I take 3 daily with lots of water and the changes I’ve noticed are the following:
Every time I take it, I wake up with a flatter belly
Makes me go to the bathroom
I feel full throughout the day
I haven’t really noticed any skin differences, but I also take care of my skin with specific products, so it could be a mix of my skincare and the fiber ridding my body of toxins.
The other product I tried was Good to Glow, a skin clearing collagen supplement with ingredients like biotin, organic ashwagandha, and Vitamin C to help give you a clear, radiant complexion.
With this product, I honestly haven’t noticed any extreme changes, but I like to take it because I want clear skin on a permanent basis and taking supplements like these will help me achieve this over time.
Now let’s talk packaging and presentation, I love how cute and simple the packaging is, but most importantly the fact that each pill comes in a clear packaging that is easy to pop open and add this powder to your favorite smoothie, water, or yogurt/oatmeal.
As a 30 year old thinking about starting a family, I am also eager to try their prenatal package and when I do, I’ll tell you all about it.
Let me know your thoughts or if you’ve tried this product and what you love about it.
xoxo,
Flor
